Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones. Born September 3, 1976, Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actress for over twenty years. Her most well-known roles include soap opera roles as Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) and Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). Also, she played the regular character of Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her first job was as a teacher of Reading in Kindergarten and the 1st Grade at Maury County. Brent Jones moved from UT Martin to Thompsons Station after she got married. There she began teaching 4th grade in Bethesda Elementary. The years 1999 and 2000 saw her continued on to teach and earn her Master of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped away from the classroom when the family welcomed their son Baylor into their family in 2000. Ashley has served for 15 years in the community, her church and her children. Ashley is the leader of the Preschool Ministry at Thompson Station Church in various positions for over 13 years. Ashley and her family were homeschooled for three years. Ashley was also teaching History at the home school tutoring during the years of at-home schooling. God said to her that while she was enjoying homeschooling as well as being with children, the family had to go back to full time school. Brent and Ashley have five daughters. Silas, Eliza and Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor is an GCA grad and plays baseball alongside UT Martin. Callan as well as is a GCA graduate is enrolled at Western Kentucky University.
