
Liz Vassey is an American actress best known for her performance as "Wendy Simms" in the widely popular crime-drama series "CSI: Crime Story Investigation. While she's got numerous roles that have been viewed as popular in her resume but her longest stint on TV to date has been playing the character of 'Wendy' Simms' on "CSI.' Vassey started as an actor in her child years on stage in the age of 9. Liz suffered from ill health for most of her childhood. Theater was an asset. Vassey and her family, who were aided and encouraged by her mother did not falter and focused her thoughts, unlike many young actors. Her first TV character was the soap opera "All My Children which she starred in when she turned 16. This set the stage for her whole career. Some of her most appreciated performances to date have been as 'Liz' in the 'ER The ER', 'Kathy' in the 'Maximum Bob' series, as well as in 'Captain Liberty' in the live-action adaptation of the comic strip 'Tick,' titled 'The Tick. In addition, she appeared in one of the top comedies on television that she has ever appeared in, 'Two & Two and a Half Men. The show's co-writer was a part of the CSI episode, her penchant for writing became more prominent than her professional career as an actor. Over the past several years she's been able to sell two of her scripts to 'Universal Television. In addition, she has directed a documentary named "The Human Race," that features senior citizens running long distances across the country.
